Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2025

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Memento Vivere app ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you use our AI Philosopher service (the "Service").

Information We Collect

  • Conversation Data: We store the questions you ask and the conversation history to provide context for follow-up questions and to improve the Service. This data is associated with your session.
  • Feedback Data: If you provide feedback (thumbs up/down) on a response, we log the conversation history, the specific message, and your feedback type. This is used exclusively for improving the AI's performance and accuracy.
  • Shared Conversations: If you choose to share a conversation, a unique, anonymous link is created. The conversation content is stored on our server to be accessible via that link.

How We Use Information

The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the functionality of the Service.
  • To analyze feedback to enhance the quality and relevance of the AI's responses.
  • To enable the sharing feature as requested by you.

We do not collect personal identifiable information (PII) like your name, email address, or IP address. All interactions are designed to be anonymous.

Data Storage and Security

Shared conversations and feedback logs are stored on secure servers. We use unique, randomly generated identifiers (UUIDs) for shared conversations and logs to avoid linking them to any personal identity.

Third-Party Services

Our Service uses Google's Generative AI (Gemini) to generate responses. Your questions and relevant conversation history are sent to their API for processing. We encourage you to review Google's privacy policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
